Google has confirmed that the Nexus S will get the upgrade to ICS but has not yet provide an official date so far.

Samsung
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S2 (no surprise here) will be getting the upgrade to ICS sometime in Q2 2012.

Motorola
The newly released Motorola Droid Razr has been confirmed as one of the candidate to get the ICS update but similar to Samsung, the update will most likely only happen in Q2 2012. The Motorola Photon 4G, Motorola Bionic, and Motorola Atrix 2 are also on the list currently.

HTC
HTC has announced on its Facebook page that four of its latest smartphone model, the HTC Evo 3D, HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XE and HTC Sensation XL, will be among the first few to get the ICS update early next year. The HTC Rezound, HTC Design 4G and HTC Amaze 4G will also definitely be upgraded as well.

Sony Ericsson
Sony Ericsson has revealed an ambitious commitment to upgrade all of its 2011 handset models to ICS on its Facebook page.
However, Sony Ericsson has had a history of being notoriously slow in updating its handset to the latest Android version. Let’s keep an open mind regarding this announcement and hopefully, the update will come sometime in Q2 2012 which is inline with other manufacturers.

LG
So far, LG has only confirmed the ICS upgrade for the LG Optimus 2X but there are also rumours that the Optimus 3D might get the update as well. Stay tuned for more information on that.
